Anne has degrees in Arts and Law from the University of Queensland and has practiced law as a partner in a boutique Brisbane commercial law firm, in the Adelaide office of a large national firm and recently with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
The position of Chief Executive Officer draws together Anne's skills and experience in business oriented commercial law, regulation and compliance, her personal involvement in small business and grape growing and relevant studies to provide a platform for facilitating sustainable economic development in the region. Her focus is for a prosperous, sustainable Barossa region, living its heritage and regional identity. Strategic long term spatial planning, water and workforce security and community engagement underpin her vision for a sustainable future for the region.

Barbara Lightburn commenced as Skilled Migration Officer on 25th July 2007. Her role is to contribute to the attraction and retention of skilled migrants in the region. With expertise in Education and Organisational Behaviour she has a wealth of information on the issues facing employers in today’s environment. Her knowledge of State, National and Global perspectives on current workforce planning approaches, and strategies for a changing workforce will be utilised in the Barossa, Light and Gawler regions to assist in a planned approach to future skills needs.
Barbara lives in Tanunda with her family. She holds a Bachelor of Education, Post Grad Diploma of Business and is currently studying for a Masters of Business.

Felicity joined the Barossa & Light Regional Development Board in December 1999 as Office Trainee. She moved into her current role as Project Officer position in October 2000. Her position administers funding provided by the Employment & Skills Formation Directorate through the Regions at Work program. Her qualifications include a Certificate in Vocational Education Health & Community Services, Certificates II & III in Business (Office Administration) and Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

Kirsten joined BLD in February 2008 as part-time administration officer and executive assistant to the CEO working in partnership with Joanne Seabrook.
Kirsten has lived in the Barossa Valley for 22 years and holds a certificate 2 in business as a result of a traineeship she completed whilst employed for Sturt Area Consultative Committee in Nuriootpa. Kirsten has widespread experience and training in business administration and finance. Kirsten resides in Greenock with her husband and young daughter.

Rod McDonald is a CPA with more than 20 years experience in providing financial services to the wine industry. Through his company, Stonewell Business Services, Rod provides contract accounting and finance services to BLD , and is an important part of BLDs network .
Dianne joined BLD in July 2004 as South Australia Works Regional Co-ordinator, a joint initiative between the Employment & Skills Formation Directorate (Department of Further Education, Employment, Science & Technology) and BLD.
Her role supports employment and training programs within the region, working closely with Felicity Trinne.
Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Vocational Education and Training, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, Associate Diploma in Business Management and HR Management and a Certificate IV in Quality Management.
